When you look at your reality and declare that what you observe is what you have to deal with or manage, you're doing yourself a disservice.

What you observe, what you're capable of observing, is there specifically for your delight.

If it does not delight you, then observe something that does.

The benefit of the contrast of seeing what you don't like is that it gives you an opportunity to turn your attention to what you do like.

To be clear, we don't mean that you should use the contrast to further manage your reality.

We are simply reminding you that your experience, in any moment, is purely there for your delight.

You can use it for that or not. It's your choice.

But our suggestion would be to walk away from the idea of managing the unmanageable and walk into the observation, embracing, and amplification of that which is there solely for your delight.
