When you land on a page, we add that fact to a log we maintain in order to troubleshoot any issues with our website functioning. For each page on the website that you visit, we collect the page you visited, the time of your visit, your IP address, and data your browser offers about your device (such as the OS and the type of browser).

When you register for an account, we additionally collect your email address and your name.

After you register for an account, we may collect your address, mobile number, and timezone name if you offer it to us.

When you log in after registering for an account, we use a unique User ID to identify who you are. We store this unique User ID in an essential cookie (a small file placed on your computer). This allows us to determine which pages you have access to. We also collect that information in the log mentioned above whenever you visit any page after logging in.

When you log out, the essential cookie we use to store the unique User ID is backdated so as to make it unaccessible to us.

When you make a purchase, your financial data is collected by the payment provider and some of that is made available to us to fulfill your purchase (that does not include your credit card number or banking information but does include your shipping address and contact phone number along with the other data already mentioned above).

When you participate in a daily series or a workshop and ask a question, we record your unique User ID to associate it with the question you asked so that you will be able to find the questions you asked on our website. We also record your question and the relevant answer and that becomes part of the archive made available to others who participate or later purchase the archive. Your name is not shared by us although you or others in the workshop might mention your name on the recording.

We do not share any of the information listed above with any third party unless compelled to do so by law. We do not sell your information to anyone for any reason. We do not use Google Analytics or any similar third-party vendor to track your use of our website.

You have the right to request and review the information we have recorded about you and we will provide it for you in spreadsheet form if so requested at the address or email below.

You have the right to have your data deleted from our logs and database. You can do so by contacting us at the address or email below.
